Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: December 7, 2015 @ 4:30 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, and Vicki Norris
We will be presenting the town with an invoice from Charter Trust for a three month period of managing our funds in the amount of $157.50.
We received a check from the town for a total of $52,800.00 to be sent to Charter Trust to add to our account for the following Capital Reserve Funds.
Town Assessment $10,000.00
Recycling Center $300.00
Fire/Rescue Apperatus $20,000.00
(new) Non-Apperatus Fire Rescue $7,500.00
Town Building Maintenance $15,000.00
Meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
